Dr. Linda R. Rentfrow, DVM
Dr. Linda R. Rentfrow grew up in northeast Texas where her interest in and love for animals began. She worked on her family's farm raising beef cattle and was active in both 4-H and FFA. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science. After graduations Dr. Rentrow embarked on a career in Agribusiness.
Dr. Rentfrow later returned to Texas A&M University earning the degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. Upon graduation Dr. Rentfrow put both her veterinary degree and business background to good use managing a small veterinary hospital in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Rentfrow has worked in emergency medicine at the Dekalb Gwinnett Animal Emergency Clinic, and in small animal general practice, since moving to Braselton, Georgia in 2002. Most recently, Dr. Rentfrow helped design and implement the Spay Neuter Program for the Humane Society of Hall County. She also participated in the relief effort for stranded animals following Hurricane Katrina in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
Dr. Rentfrow has a special interest in small animal dentistry and in surgery. When not at work she is busy caring for her farm animals which include a Mustang, donkey, mule, goats and chickens, along with dogs and cats.
